I've got a new title - LOL.
To understand the title, you've got to understand what I currently do for a living...I scrape the search engines and create the "crap" that they really don't like to see in their results.
Ignoring the fact of how well it works or not, you'll occasionally get complaints like the one listed below. I apologize in advance for all the weird ? that show up - the e-mail didn't come through very well.

Dear Mr. Geoffrey Malloy Faiver AKA a Spamming Scum-Bag Thief,
Your to much of a coward answer you phone so I have to write you. Mr. Geoffrey Malloy Faiver AKA a Spamming Scum-Bag Thief, so there will be no mis-understanding you either remove my property Boston School Of Electrolysis which is identical to its domain www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com and my registered trade name from your website immediately. If you refuse to remove my property I will publish an article about Purple Duck Software Inc. which you have proven to be nothing less than a spamming internet thief on all three of my websites in addition I will list Purple Duck Software, Inc. and all your websites on the Spotlight On Slime Scum Of The Net Directory http://www.bostonschoolofelectrolysis.com/spotlight-on-slime.php.
In addition I will list you on webmaster forums as a spamming thief and notify your advertisers and business associates to and than will I file a legal complaint against you with Georgia Corporation Commission for illegal felony conduct. However since I have an account at Google Ads As a publisher I will file complaint with them where they will revoke you account permanently if you fail to remove my property - Boston School Of Electrolysis - from your website.
Mr. Faivre you appear to be intelligent and I am suspicious you have been stealing from my sites using other domain name, however I have one question what is you reason for stealing from me. Mr. Faivre why can't work honestly like every one else. One last warning Mr. Faivre, if you do not remove my property from your site immediately every one on the net will just what a thief you are.

Now, normally I ignore these types of emails or I send them a response back and ask them to mail me a certified letter stating that they do own the trademark for the keyword in question. I actually removed the offending page this time only because they complained to my host and I felt sorry for Kimberly. Why did I feel sorry for her? Well, she's obviously fighting a losing battle as you can see that there are plenty of results with either her name or Boston School of Electrolysis. Incidentally, this page might rank for that and Randfish will be getting a cease and desist letter (I'm so evil :)).
This link about the Dean of Boston School of Electrolysis is rather amusing as well.
What I find most amusing about these letters is that because I have scraped the search engines the owners of the websites feel that I have stolen information from their website.
I can understand how they might feel that way but, in this situation, what Kimberley really needs to do is learn how to optimize her website so that she appears at the top of the results. I mean, let's face it - how difficult is it to beat a Spamming Scum-Bag Thief? :P
G-Man
Edit: (UPDATE 8/23/06) Kimberly called this morning and asked if I was on the sex offenders registry. Actually Kimberly called twice and on the first call said something about reporting me for stalking. This person, in my opinion, needs help.
Edit (from Rand): Kimberly called our offices as well and gave us a bit of a hard time. I think that Geoffrey's reply/explanation to Brian Turner in the comments belongs in the post:
Nope, you didn't get that right. I stole nothing from their website. I scraped the search engines for the content that appeared on the page Kimberly was upset about.
Having a link to a site or having a snippet from the site is not stealing at all.
THAT is what makes it so humorous is that someone is so angry - they may as well get mad at Google for providing snippets of their site.
What is really at the bottom of this issue is that Kimberly is upset at the "PageJacking" that's going on...that is, Kimberly's rankings suck because other people rank higher.
And rather than optimizing the boston school of electrolysis website Kimberly then goes after people that are ranking higher.
